Last I checked, any teacher could change student passwords. That may have changed. Either way, as STS/LMITS personnel, you should have access to these sites. The login to change faculty passwords is your Help Desk (ticketing system) login, which is completely unrelated to any other login you might have. The login for changing student passwords is your active directory login.
